What Causes Diarrhea After Taking Promil Gold?

My daughter is now 6 months and a week-old. We gave her Cerelac Mixed Fruits and Soya. As for milk, We also shifted from s26 Gold to Promil Gold. Then suddenly, she has diarrhea because she poops 3-4 times a day and her stool is close to liquid form. what should we do?
