What Causes Diarrhea After Taking The Morning After Pill?

Hi, I took the morning after pill today - around 2 hours ago. I have just gone to the toilet and had bowl movements and I would say it was full blown dirreahea but it wasn t hard stools either. The chemist said to me if I was to have bowl movements within a certain time frame ( which I don t remember what was said ) to re take the morning after pill. What should I do?

Hi,

I think your chemist recommended you to take another pill if vomiting happened in less than two hours after taking the pill. Diarrhea doesn't effect the pill effectiveness. It either is a sign of taking emergency pill.
