Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Based on the complains of loose stools,
bloating, and a short history of 4 days points out toward a common condition called as acute gastroenteritis. The fact that you had it, including 2 other people after you had seafood makes the diagnosis more likely.
But my concern is the bleeding that is accompanying this problem. If it’s solely due to the hemorrhoids then it is nothing to worry about. If it started with the
loose motion then we will have to think of
bacterial gastroenteritis.
Considering that hemorrhoids are the cause of bleeding then there is nothing much that’s needed as treatment. Because mostly virus is the cause which settles spontaneously after a few days. You just have to avoid
dehydration from excessive loose motion. To do that you will have to use oral rehydration therapy salt and add it in 1 liter of water. Take at least 4 to 6 glasses per day and take additional half a glass after each loose motion.
If the problem persists after 6 to 7 days then antibiotics will be advisable. In case your condition worsens then you will have to go to a hospital for further treatment.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr Talal Hussain
