What Causes Diarrhea Along With Abdominal Pain And Low Grade Fever?

I had diarrhea, painful stomach and abdomen, ached all over and a low grade fever on Saturday evening. More diarrhea Sunday morning. Abdomen is still tender and the bowel movement I had on Monday and today were soft. I ate only soda crackers and chicken broth on Sunday and boiled eggs yesterday and today. At first I thought the diarrhea was from overeating, but the fever and body aches were concerning.
