I think you have been suffering from acute gastroenteritis. I would advise you to avoid eating any junk food or unhygienic preparations of food. please drink water which has been boiled and colled to room temperature or water which has been purified by UV treatment+RO filter so as to remove any sorts of germs. Take probiotic capsules so as to imporve your gut's helpful bacterial counts. and take a course of antibiotic like floroquionolones like Ofloxacin 200mg in a twice daily dosing routing for 3 days. For abdominal cramps take a anti spasmodic agent like dicyclomine. consume lots of clear fluids and ORS fluid to restore lost water volume and electrolyte status. as soon as your symptoms will improve, your straining during passing stools will decrease and pain in the anus will decrease.
