What Causes Diarrhea Along With Vomiting And Abdominal Pain?

I have had diarrhea for 7 days. Anything solid or liquid goes straight through. I have only vomiting 3 times. I went to the ED 3 days ago for IV fluids. The diarrhea is stil prsent. I have severe upper abdominal pain, just below the sternum. Today I had a semi-solid black stool for the first time.

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Based on your history, it seems that you could be having 'gastroenteritis' due to infection of the gastrointestinal tract.
Kindly do the following to overcome the same.
1. Take Tablet. Pantoprazole with Domperidone on empty stomach for 3 days to get relief from vomiting and upper abdominal pain.
2. Take a course of oral antibiotics Tablet. Ornidazole with Ofloxacin twice a day for 5 days.
3. Keep yourself well hydrated by taking sufficient quantities of water and oral rehydration solution.
Gradually, your symptoms should subside and you should be back to normal.
