What Causes Diarrhea Along With Vomiting?

I started out Wednesday night with upset stomach, diarrhea, vomiting which lasted all day Thursday. The vomiting stopped but a headache and fever started. Friday I felt a little better but have had terrible diarrhea ever since. I can not eat anything because it goes right through me. I do drink as much water and sports drinks as I can.

Most likely it is a viral gastroenteritis.
I suggest you to take plenty of fluids and keep yourself well hydrated. Nothing else needs to be done.
