What Causes Diarrhea And Abdominal Cramps After Eating?
My husband is 62. He has had what we thought was a virus for over a month now. His doctor has given him 2 rounds of antibiotics. He feels ok in the morning but as the day goes on, he gets more nauseous and achey. He normally goes to bed about 10 but the last month, it s as soon as he gets home from work, about 6. Everything he eats causes diarrhea and cramps. His doctor did an MRI and it didn t show anything abnormal.

MRI being normal the problem can be either intestinal infection or food allergy. He needs investigations for ruling out or defining the cause followed by specific management.
