Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
In my opinion, we should definitely rule out intestinal infection in your case. Most common cause for diarrhoea with abdominal cramps is large intestinal infection. So better to get done ultrasound examination of abdomen and stool culture and sensitivity report. Culture report will isolate the causative organism and sensitivity report will guide about effective antibiotic treatment. Along with antibiotics, you need probiotic (sporolac), racecadotril, oral rehydration solution (ORS) and zinc tablet.Eat more curd and yogurt. Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
