Hi my granddaughter is 27 she has crohns since she was nine this pass month she has had a lot of loose.Bowels and throwing up with blood. She also has gotten Hugh hemorieds inside and out. She has been in the hospital for two weeks. They been giving her liquid steroids they may scope her tomorrow. But she hasn t ate for almost three weeks. This pass weekend she was throwing up all this acid and blood for about ten hours now she can t eat soup burns and is very very painful she tried a boom pop that was also pain full what is going on in her throat

She may have a stomach ulcer. A soft diet (initially fluids) and liquids in addition to proton pump inhibitors should help her now. Depending on the hemoglobin levels, she may need a transfusion and a gastroscopy.
