What Causes Diarrhea And Fever While Treating Ovarian Cyst?
my roommate recently had some testing done and the dr believes she has lupus and hoshimotos. on Monday she went to the er with severe abdominal pain and received a CT which revealed a 3 cm cyst on her ovary, her bloodwork also showed a significantly high neutrophil count, she was discharged and told to make a follow up appointment. yesterday she went to bed an slept for 18 hours straight, she currently has a 101 fever, stiff neck, sore throat, and diarrhea. any insight as to what is going on and should she go back to the hospital
