What Causes Diarrhea And Lower Abdominal Pain?

I have been having a bit of diarrhoea all day today.i have had a niggly pain on the low left side of abdomen for a few days but now for the last few hours my urine stinks and I have some very low abdominal pain not bad pain though just kind of like period pain but not.

Hello,

Pain in abdomen accompanied by diarrhea is suggestive of gastrointestinal tract infection. I suggest you to consult your primary healthcare provider for prescription of an antibiotic for gastrointestinal tract infection.
Foul odor in urine can be due to urinary tract infection (UTI). I suggest you to get a routine urine examination along with urine culture and drug sensitivity to know the causative organism and most appropriate antibiotic in urine causing infection.
