General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Concussion does not diarrhea. As CT scan is normal, so nothing to worry. Diarrhea and nausea may due to gastroenteritis. Kindly consult with a physician, you may require antibiotics after consultation. Kindly do stool routine. Drink plenty of water and take a soft diet.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam Kale,
