What Causes Diarrhea And Nausea Along With Bodyache?

I have a loose stool, nausea, cold sweats, and body ache. My 2 year old son has also had just a watery stool for the past three days now and won t eat very much. I don t know if our conditions are linked. What can I do for remedies I need to be able to go to work.

Yes,You both seem to have had food poisoning. Think of a common food you both have taken. Do you have fever & pain abdomen also? For vomiting take a tab of domstal 1 BD along with Meftal spas tab. Take plenty of oral liquids. Take ORS If you don't feel better you may have to visit a physician for complete checkup.
