What Causes Diarrhea And Nausea For Two Consecutive Weeks?

A friend of mine has had diarrhea now for 2 weeks and she has had nausea and a few vomit but I know this can t b a stomach bug. Everytime she eats she has diarrhea and burning in stomach and snap area, she is now afraid to eat anything. All she is eating is crackers. Can u tell me what it might be?

it is gastroenteritis may be with worm infestation and amoebiosis. take albendazol for deworming and a course of metrogyl. maintain hydration. can take nor floxacin tz for two days.take bland diet and avoid fast food refrain taking alcohol and tobacco.
