What Causes Diarrhea And Stomach Pain While Treating Lyme Disease?

i have lyme disease and i get recurring symptoms of crawling skin, cold sweats, stomach ache, loose stool, and terrible dreams and headaches, weakness. i have been prescribed antibiotics, but must i be on antibiotics forever, is there a vitamin or something i can take to fight this terrible disease
