What Causes Diarrhea And Stomach Upset?

I have diarrhea and upset stomach, I believe I may have food poosioning, but I have also started my monthly mensus on wed afternoon and today I have stopped bleeding and am having the sy!ptoms I stated above could I be pregnant as we Ll and not know this as of yet? My menus usually lasts for 7 days not three any advice on this matter would be grately appriated.

Nothing to do with the pregnancy. Causes of diarrhea are many and if you are still having diarrhea, you must consult your doctor.
