What Causes Diarrhea And Vomiting After Chemotherapy?

I finished chemo and radiation in late 2015. I am doing well, recovering from Large B-Cell Lymphoma. However, for the last 3 months, I have experienced vomiting and sometimes diarrhea about 9-10 hours after I eat. I have tried to track the foods that may be making me sick. I am wondering it could be an after-effect of treatment or if I am having a gall bladder problem. The bad foods have been spicy crab cakes, BBQ chicken and Danish sausage, which seemed mild. Help! hello...it's the side effect of chemotherapy...usually it destroys the mucosal epithelium of the intestine which is needed to absorb the food especially the fat....so it needs some time for those epithelium to regenerate...till then try not to take heavy food items(fat food)...you will be alright..good day
