General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
The recurrence of watery stool after 5 days suggest a cause to investigate.Diarrhea and vomiting in children could be caused by viral, bacterial or parasitic infections or just poor feeding.Only a stool exam/culture can reveal the exact cause.I will suggest you see the Doctor for examination and work-ups.In the meantime, you may give the child an anti-emetic like vogalene syrup, oral rehydration salt, zinc tables. The etiologic management will be after the results of the stool tests.
Hope my answer will help you
Best regards
