What Causes Diarrhea And Vomiting While Having Type 1 Diabetes?

My husband is 56 years old a type 1 diabetic (30 years) he has been suffering from diarrhea for 2 weeks then as soon as this finished he started vomiting for several hours he ha-sent had a bowel movement in 5 days although tests show that as he says i am full of shit and the doctors have the x-rays to prove it He can barely drink water and hasen t eaten the scope and ultra sounds,ecgs etc. didnt find anything to be concerned of he is on intervinious and sugars are under control any thoughts on what could possibly be wrong??

constipation can be out come of metformin. take more water fibrous food. cantake soaked husk of isofgul at bedtime. with cure of constipation other thing will go. go for mproper management of diabetes.
