What Causes Diarrhea, Blurred Vision And Fainting While On Vyvanse?

I took 200 mgs of Vyvanse nine hours ago and approximately 3-4 hours after ingestion started to experience severe diarrhea. Following that, approximately 6-7 hours after ingestion I had a major panic attack that came with blurred vision and a feeling of fainting. I immediately ingested 1mg of Xanax to calm myself down and also ingested vitamin c, vitamin d, magnesium, a protein shake, fresh veggies and a Gatorade to replenish my body of the nutrients I lost through diarrhea. The ER is not an option due to a lack of insurance, but I am feeling much much better now. Are there any more suggestions as to what more I can do to help this situation? Should I be worried about further repercussions later on? Thank you

just relax and stop worrying about this because this is not going to happen anything serious but condition could be fine soon, just take care for hydration and come out of stress, everything would be fine soon take care.
