What Causes Diarrhea, Cough, Nausea And Dizziness?

Hi, I am currently in Indonesia and had bloodwork done because I have been very ill the past week....fever, diarrhea, cough, nausea, dizziness, headache. I tested positive for paratyphi HB, Paratyphi OA and paratyphi OD.... Is this then positive for typhoid? They just sent me home without any medication

I am sorry for your situation

I can not say what is the cause that they have sent you home without treatment.Pronably you have been positive as a chronic infection and not an acute one which means that you don't need treatment indeed.
