What Causes Diarrhea Despite Taking Medication?

hi my husband age of 34 he has loose motion with mild fever and chest pain. his SGPT level 52, hemoglobin level 16.8, pvc/HCT 50.3,MCH 33.4 Total W.B.C count 11950 lymphocytes 16.4 Neutrophils 74.6. dr give some pain killer and antibiotic but he has still loose motion. what to do?
