What Causes Diarrhea During Pregnancy?

I m 17w pregnant and I ve been having watery stool for the past three days. Fecalysis shows that my stool has many yeast cells and 1-3/HPF of pus cells. There were no intestinal parasites seen though. What does this result mean? and how will it affect my baby?
