What Causes Diarrhea During Pregnancy?

Hello i am 21 weeks pregnant and have had diarrhea for about 5 days straight now. I am wondering if this is somethin i need to immediately go to the doctors about, or if it can wait till the next day. I have been very nauses and tired the last few days.

diarrhea can be due to food poisoning..
if you have associated pain, then it can be the sign of preterm labour...keep watch on fetal movement..
treatment of diarrhea is necessary...avoid dehydration, take sporolac tablet , and ors powder...
