What Causes Diarrhea Followed By Fatigue And Dizziness?
It started with diarrhea on Monday. I was extremely tired and slightly dizzy and slept many hours day and night. I didn t have any appetite on the first day, but I now eat, my bowel movement is better, but not perfect, but I am extremely tired, wanting to sleep all the time.

In diarrhea fluid and electrolyte loss might lead you feeling tired
So maintain your hydration with lots of water and take ORS as well..
Take probiotic tablet two times a day for 5 days
Avoid excess spicy foods
Get your stool routine micro examination according to which further management can be decided
Take care

Consult physician for examination if needed for further work up
If stool report shows sign of bacterial enteritis like pus cells than antibiotic can be prescribed
