What Causes Diarrhea Followed By Nausea And Fatigue?
On Saturday I had a sudden onset of diarrhea lasting about 30 minutes. It was followed by severe nausea, no vomiting, lasting several hours with extreme exhaustion. Sunday evening, Monday afternoon, and this afternoon the nausea and exhaustion returned. Around 1:00 am last night my spouse became ill with the same symptoms beginning with a bout of nasty diarrhea. Neither of us have fever or have thrown up. Both have had several symptom free hours with no issues, only to have the issues return.
