What Causes Diarrhea , Headache , Excessive Sweating And Tiredness?

I have been sick on and off for about a week. Diarrhea, sweating, headache, light headed, extremely tired. This got bad on Friday. Then on Saturday my hands starting itching. They are not broke out, but I scratch them until I have scratched some of the skin off my thumb and pinkie. I went to ER last night and all the doctor said there was stomach flu and not real sure why hands are so itchy. I was a little dehydrated so I did have some IV s. I am not able to eat and everything I drink just runs right threw me. My hands started itching again about an hour ago. I couldn t work today and cannot afford to miss any work. What does this sound like?
