What Causes Diarrhea, Headaches And Fatigue?

Not sure if I have a bug or not-had a bout of diahrea this AM-thought it was gas and it squirted out & ran down my leg-no appetite-chest pain that goes through to my back-the pain moves around. No temp, no vomiting, head-ache ,very tired, pale. Started yesterday.
