What Causes Diarrhea Long After Cyclospora Infection?

I am a 47 year old female that was sick with Cyclospora two summers ago. Since then I am not able to eat a meal without getting diarrhea. This lasts between 4-5 hours and leaves me drained. The cramping just gets to be unbearable. There are times that I cannot leave my house because it hits so violently. Any suggestions

it can be treated with trimethoprim sulphomethoxazole. for its diagnosis specialized stool test is to be done it is rare infection septran or bactrim can be given. why to worry when treatment is possible. so first it should be treated.maintain hydration
