What Causes Diarrhea, Rashes In Genitals, Fever And Shortness Of Breath?

wakes up at night crying with shortness of breath she stops crying but for about 3 minutes still has shortness of breath in 4 ,3, 2 where they make here chest and heart almost like they stop rapidly almost like hyperventilating she cant even open her eyes she s had a fever a bad rash in genitals and diarrhea were we had to change entire cloth , it has been going on for about two months i just found mice and a hole in the wall , last night i saw a small mice in our bedroom were she sleeps

I really appreciate your concern, what the symptoms being given here may not be due to any disease but it could be due to some patrons or it may be tendency I would suggest to see the pediatrician for better guide line you have not said anything about the basic of patient just explained the symptoms hope this information helps.
