Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries
I can understand your concern. You are on Sertraline 100 mg per day, Clonazepam 1.5 mg per day and Lithium 300 mg per day. Out of these drugs Sertraline and Lithium are known to cause diarrhoea as side effect. But the doses of these drugs you are taking are not very high. Still concurrent use of both drugs might cause occasional diarrhoea. If the problem is persistent then consult your psychiatrist for dose adjustments. The disturbance of saliva is also occurring due to side effects. While on lithium please try to maintain your hydration and take plenty of fluids. Get your serum lithium levels checked regularly. Please visit a psychiatrist for evaluation and help if symptoms become severe.
Thanks, Take care
