What Causes Diarrhea While On Seroquel And Prozac?

My daughter [31 years old] started taking Seroquel a couple of days ago. She sees a psychiatric nurse who prescribed it as complement to Prozac. I talked to her a few minutes ago and she was very agitated, with high anxiety and feeling very sad. She has also have diarrhea since this morning. She suffers of IBS and her doctor has prescribed Linzess. Could she be having a reaction to the Seroquel? I suggested that to her and she got even more agitated.

Hello,

Out of the two medicines Seroquel and Prozac may cause diarrhea.

I will suggest ask your doctor to consult her doctor for a substitute to prozac.
