Hi,
As per the short history you have provided this problem could have been present from beginning but enhanced due to the changes you might have make.
Any medication can cause gastrointestinal upset and thus needs a review by your Doctor about the possibility of changing over to another medication and see the difference.
Also there might be some changes that you must have made while eating the healthier diet.
Some of the ingredients may not be suitable for your intestines.
Hence watch for the changes that have caused
diarrhea and stop these altogether.
Take a probiotics, curds, yogurt, bananas and see the difference.
Send the stool for lab for three consecutive days and get treated as per the reports, may help.
If all these things fail to give you relief then you need a proper clinical evaluation, examination and relevant investigations under the guidance of a Gastroenterologist to get an appropriate diagnosis and proper management.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant, ENT & General Surgeon
