What Causes Diarrhea With Lower Back And Abdominal Pain?

for the past two days i am suffering from gas and diarrhea .i have lower back pain and loer abdomen pain ...feeling vomiting in the morning until i go to the toilet.i took my home pregnancy test but it was negative. eventhough am feeling like i am pregnant pls advice me

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having some gastro-intestinal infection producing all these symptoms.
Go for one course of Oflox-TZ for 3 days.
Take antispasmodic medicine for pain in abdomen.
Take light diet like curd, rice, butter milk and ORS liquid.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
