What Causes Diarrhea,fever,muscle Ache And Vomiting?

I have had diarrhea, fever, muscle/body ache, vomiting, bumps that appear on the back of my neck that become hard and crust over and go away and appear again later. The fever, body ache, and vomiting come and go but the diarrhea has been consistant for 4 days. I have lost 10+ pounds in the first two days. I was given a bag of IV on friday with some meds to treat the vomiting. Anything I eat or drink moves right threw me with in minutes. Not sure if I need to visit the ER. $$$

Hi.i read your question,and got your concern.
The symptoms of acute gastro enteritis, on off fever and body aches are suggestive of an ALGID MALARIA.
If i was your treating doctor i would test.
Full blood count.. to see for infection ans
M.P(for malaria).
Serum electrolytes to see any abnormality as is occurs in diarrhea,and renal function tests whether they are compromised?
Then i would give you antibiotic like ciprofloxacin, anti malalrial,domperidone for vomitting,pain killer and oral rehydration salt.
I think you should get an appointment with a general physician to test and give you these medicine.
