What Causes Diarrhea,mood Swings And Lower Back Pain?

I ve been getting some weird symptoms I m operated, but I had my lmp on September 3rd and finished on the 8th I m bloated, a little constipation and then diarrhea, right side pain and very tired all the time, mood swings and cry for no reason, slight lower back pain , frequently urinating what can it be?

You may also be experiencing some urinary tract infection as seen by the symptoms. Hormone disturbances can give rise to the mood swings while any bowel infection can give rise to altered bowel movement and pain.
