What Causes Diarrhea,pain And Fever?

Stomach discomfort after eating out last Sunday a week ago Diarea first part of the week now when blotness starts then pain and feverish feelings start then a rush to the bathroom I go . I know I should call my DR on MOnday. Just wanted to know which one might I have.

Diarrhea , bloating , may be due to food poisoning ( low or mild degree particularly in summer or hot whether ) .
When diarrhea occurs it develops fever due to loss of water and certain minerals .
Second reason of this type of diarrhea and abdominal bloating may be due to amoebic colitis , diagnosis can be confirmed by stool examination for enamoeba histolica.
Third reason of such symptoms may be due to over eating or allergy to certain food ( one week back in your case) .
Fever is due to diarrhea hence once diarrhea will under control you will be symptom free.
In my opinion get in intravenous saline or Ringer lactate 2-3 drips .
Consult a primary care physician and get his opinion.
