What Causes Diarrhoea, Abdominal Cramps And Spotting After A Year On Depo?

I have been on the depo shot since June 2014. My last period was May 2014, just a couple weeks before i got the shot for the first time. Since being on the shot (for a yr and 3 months now) i have never once cramped, bled, or even spotted. I am due for another shot September 14, 2015, and started cramping and light spotting today, 4 days before i go to get the shot again. Also, for the last couple days, i have had to use the bathroom (poop) more than usual, making it feel like i might have diarrhea even though my stomach doesnt hurt like its upset and i dont actually have diarrhea. is there any reason for this and the sudden cramps and light spotting after a yr and 3 months of not having anything?

cramp and spotting is normal. you have already taken for a long time. it is suggested you get checked with gynecologist. why you want to take for long time. what is your age and marital status. you may choose other option of family planing like copper t or oral contraceptive. take view of gynecologist
