What Causes Diarrhoea Along With Decreased Appetite And Vomiting?

My daughter has had diarrhea past 3 days, decreased appetite, just vomited a lot right now. Took her to ER and was told it s just a stomach bug, was given Pepcid IV and that s about it and she continues like this, what can it be and how can I help her ? She s 9 years old and constantly feels pain in her abdomen, top part and bowel sounds sound hyper active

Hi...
The symptoms suggestive of acute gastroenteritis.. Mainly caused by contaminated water or food. I suggest to drink plenty of purified water with ORS powder. Avoid spicy and dairy products. If not subsided consult doctor for antibiotics..
