What Causes Diarrhoea And Vomiting Along With Dizzy Spells?
Please help! I have had 30+ severe episodes of diarrhea in leas than 24 hours, around 10 episodes of vomiting, I can t keep any food down, just started to be able to keep some liquids down. I am also experiencing severe dizziness and symptoms of a uti. Please help I need advice on what to do urgently.

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having severe dehydration due to profuse diarrhea and vomiting.
Due to dehydration there is poor urinary excretion leading to concentrated urine giving rise UTI symptoms.
Go to ER urgently, you might require IV infusions to correct dehydration as soon as possible.
