I recently broke up with my Girlfriend. After the break up I went out and had unprotected anal/oral sex with a transgender woman. A day or two after the one night stand, I started getting flu like symptoms. Runny nose, a cough every once in a while, very light sore throat, dyeria, and a gentle amount of pressure on my right side of neck. 13 days after, I got a RNA early detection HIV test. The results came back negitive. I found out that I might get back together with my ex girlfriend. However, I still have dyeria, and a gentle pressure on my neck. I feel like something is wrong with me. My worst fear is putting her in danger... What should I do? And what are the chances of my RNA test being wrong? Also my penis looks normal, and my mouth has no blisters or sores. I urinate normal as well.
