Hello,
Digestive disorders, like
irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), speed up the movement of food through the colon after eating. However, it can also be caused due to
anxiety,
celiac disease or Crohn's disease. Avoid taking greasy foods, fried, oily and spicy food. Do not take food that triggers your allergies and intolerances. To avoid
gastritis, you can take antacids or PPIs. You will feel better.
Avoid taking food that causes your gastrocolic reflex to become stronger, chances are that avoiding those foods will help reduce its intensity. Not taking dairy products, fatty food like fries & high fiber food like whole grains and vegetables will help to reduce the frequency of your symptoms.
Stress management will help you manage the gastrocolic reflex you experience. Because stress is another common trigger for gastrocolic reflex. You are suggested to get clinically examined and tested to detect and confirm Celiac, Crohn's or IBS that is causing you symptoms, get treated at the earliest.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
