Hi ,my son is five months old.. from birth i m giving lactodex to my son....last month he got diarrhoea. ..so I stoped feeding lactodex... I fed breast milk...till dysentery stops... dysentery last for one week. .. after that I started to feed cerelac rice(1) ... now I again trying to feed lactodex but he is not drinking. ... I don t y

Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, it may be due to taste change etc or even due to start of weaning that due to extra meals babies may decrease milk intake like before, however with rising age, the serial number of formula milks also change to keep up with growth requirements accordingly. Starting soft diets like meshed potatoes, bananas, cerelac etc., may be helpful. Giving milk in small portions repeatedly can also be helpful. Mixing cerelac with bottle feed can also work.
