What Causes Different Symptoms Of Food Poisoning In People Despite Having Same Food?
My son and I both had some food poisoning today. They involved different meals eaten at different with different symptom results. I ate an unfamiliar mean and had diarrhea about 15 minutes . My son ate something fairly familiar and about 90 minutes later began to vomit. He has been vomiting for 2 hours off and on. Why the difference?

Well come to HCM
Such symptoms may be self limiting and seldom need treatment but of course hydration would be matter of concern and in case of vomiting it need to be managed with Ondansetron either orally or parenteral route if the symptoms long last and associated with fever then it may need antibiotic, hope this information helps, take care
