Hello I need some help I hate to admit I did some cocaine this past weekend and I feel I did too much it was my first time now I'm going to stay away from it but now my chest feels heavy and it's hard for me to breathe and i'm really scared what should I do

Hi,

If you have managed to pass the first couple of days after cocaine use, then you should just wait for a few more days. If the chest symptoms are related to cocaine, then they will gradually subside in a few days. If they persist after that, then it will be better to see a doctor and get some tests done to rule out nay other causes.
