What Causes Difficult Breathing Patterns?

I used to have severe asthma but then I got told I had outgrew it.. lately I've been getting out of breath at random times and I have to take deep breaths but it makes me dizzy. I can only sprint for about 10 seconds without feeling like im going to collapse. What's wrong?

Pulmonologist 's  Response
What's ur age? do u regularly take inhalers? with spacers.
If not, then take fluticasone propionate 250 mcg, formoterol fumarate dihydrate 6 mcg as twice daily & levosalbutamol inhaler 4 times daily with SPACER. take montelukast 10mg at night.
If u were already taking these then do a PFT and consult ur nearest pulmonologist.
