What Causes Difficulty Breathing Along With Pain On Left Side Of Chest?

Hello, i have for days breathing problems with left side chest pain and little tachycardia, i thought maybe its related to stress or anger and i m taking multivitamins there is little improvement but still the breathing problem and chest pain, what you think doc?

If there is no any other symptoms are there like fever, wheezing, fatigue, then this could be due to stress only, you have not mentioned your age and gender here, else I would have give you some advise, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
