What Causes Difficulty During Bowel Movement Along With Raised Lumps On The Vagina?

Hi. I ve been having trouble pooping. It s been really painful and I thought it could be a Hemorrhoid due to all the symptoms and plus I ve always had trouble with bowel movements.... But I m really starting to get scared because I have swollen lymp nodes in or on my groin (I m a female so I don t know if it s still called a groin) and I have what I thought were hair bumbs because when we first started dating. I looked up weather or not herpes has hair growing from them and it said no but mostly all of the bumps I ve had has hair come from them after I ve messed around with them for a day or so? The bumps also some of them aren t like soft some are hard and firm but like I said I ve always had I always get them but everytime I search it it says genital herpes somewhere. :( my thing is I ve been with the same person for two years and he doesn t have anything. We both got checked issues with ingrown hairs. I m currently waiting on my parents insurance to kick in before I make a doctors visit because I m currently without. But I m really getting freaked out and sad and just really emotional. I hope you can give me more insight on these symptoms.
