What Causes Difficulty During Urination?

Hi, I'm a 20 year old male, I suddenly had a problem urinating, no flow at all.I went to the emergency room and they couldn't find anything wrong, they put a catheral everything came out . They removed it and discharged me , went home about 8 hrs later same thing still can't go at all.

I really appreciate your concern, if the clinical examination and investigation are unremarkable then this could be functional condition, if the bladder is empty then there will be no urine you could find and but just have the functional impulses of voiding, try to control your thoughts, hope this information helps, take care.
